For loose gravel driveways, the plastic products are best in most situations.  Most of the glass product is smaller and heavier, and therefore it will quickly work its way down under the gravel, where the lighter, larger plastic Stones and Cobbles will stay on top.  Some maintenance is needed to ensure the placement, as with any other loose aggregate finish.

• The famous driveway is created using our 1” plastic Stones, spread loosely over the top of an existing gravel driveway. Because the Stones are lighter, they tend to stay at the top.
• Asphalt is an application that is not recommended because of the expanding nature of asphalt, and because it will need to be resurfaced regularly.
• Concrete driveways offer a more permanent, maintenance-free solution and can be accomplished with any of the products.
