Below our examples and links to our most popular uses and the products that we recommend for that application.

Tile Work

Our glowstones are look wonderful our tile work. They can be used as a mosaic, border, or special design.  You can apply the glowstones to thin set and use regular grout.

Recommendation: For this application we recommend our droplets. They are flat on one side, which makes them easy to place, and slightly domed on the front side. Our droplets are available in 3 different sizes small, medium and large.

Glow in the Dark Jewelry

Our pigments and sand product can be mixed with epoxy to make glow in the dark jewelry. Follow the instructions of the epoxy and we have found that it is best to add the pigment or sand if you have already mixed the 2-part epoxy. You can also use our ready made beads which come pre-drilled with holes for threading.

Recommendation: For this application we recommend our pigment or sand. The pigment is easier to handle as it is a smaller particle size and mixes well with the epoxy. For our beads see here.

Glow in the Dark Pavement and Cement

We recommend seeding or spreading the glowstones unto the surface of the concrete or pavement. This can be while “floating” the concrete or in the case of asphalt before the compact process. You can also do a custom design by strategically placing the glowstones in a pattern, shape, letter, or as a border. For detailed guidance click here.

Recommendation: For this application we recommend our tumbled glass in medium or large. Our classic glowstones can also be used in concrete but caution should be used if using with asphalt as they are slightly large.

Exposed aggregate

Our plastic or  glass Glowstone products can be used as exposed aggregate to create  beautifully decorated pavements, and patios that glow beautifully. This project was done on a pool patio and it looks awesome! Be creative by using our Glowstones for your next project and enjoy first hand the smile it will bring to your face.

Recommendation: For this application we recommend our glass products because they come in smaller sizes which are easier to work with for art design. Specifically the glass chips and medium sizes work well.
